1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping will be introduced in the future.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas may require additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

6. Delays and Exceptions

Auretap is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is received in a damaged condition or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your Order ID along with photos (if applicable) for prompt assistance.

8. Address Changes

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.
