This policy applies to all digital subscriptions and physical NFC card products purchased from AURETAP.
1. Order Cancellation – NFC Cards
- Orders for physical NFC cards can be cancelled within 12 hours of successful payment or before printing or dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once the card has been printed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted as each card is uniquely customized and linked to the user profile.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle or any unused subscription period.
3. Refund Eligibility – NFC Cards
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The order is cancelled within the permitted time window.
- The product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
- The NFC card is defective or non-functional at the time of delivery.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Requests made after the card has been printed or dispatched.
- Personalized or custom-designed NFC cards.
- Damage caused by mishandling, water exposure, bending, scratching, or breakage.
- Incorrect details provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
- Subscription charges once the billing cycle has started.
5. Replacement Policy
- In the event of a damaged or defective NFC card, a free replacement will be issued after verification.
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. How to Raise a Request
To request a cancellation, refund, or replacement, please email us with your Order ID, issue details, and supporting images or videos.
